The ideal candidate will have a background in plastics as well as sales, be enthusiastic, experienced and energetic. They will also need the skills to manage business sales process from start to finish. This job is challenging as well as rewarding. Job Details:

As the Inside Sales Representative you are the main contact for customers within your territory. Through empowerment in this role you are responsible for increasing sales and distribution within your territory by growing and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work closely with your OSR by working as a team and communicating effectively.

Role Requirements:

  • Grow existing accounts and develop new accounts through various sales techniques and cold calls
  • Assess customers need and wants and effectively to find solutions
  • Be knowledgeable/willing to learn about new products and services that we offer
  • Identify prospective customers and create new opportunities for sales
  • Must be organized and able to keep orders and paperwork maintained as well as account details within CRM system

Essential Knowledge/Skills:

  • Sales experience an asset
  • Plastics knowledge and product lines preferred
  • Strong communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors
  • Ability to implement and provide superior customer service
  • Knowledge of various sales techniques in order to provide quality service
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus
