Alberta Sign Association Board of Directors
October 2026 – October 2028 Term
The Alberta Sign Association (ASA) is now accepting nominations for its 2026–2028 Board of Directors.
Serving on the Board is an opportunity to help shape the future of Alberta’s sign industry, influence the direction of your Association, and work alongside industry leaders who are committed to strengthening our profession. Whether your passion is advocacy, education, workforce development, networking, or member engagement, your experience and perspective can make a meaningful difference.
Why Serve on the Board?
As a member of the Board of Directors, you will:
- Help guide the strategic direction of the Alberta Sign Association.
- Advocate for the interests of Alberta’s sign industry.
- Support programs, education, events, and workforce development initiatives.
- Build valuable relationships with industry professionals from across the province.
- Give back to an industry that supports your business.
Who Should Apply?
We encourage nominations from individuals who:
- Are current ASA Members in good standing.
- Have leadership experience or a strong interest in contributing to the Association.
- Are committed to collaborating with fellow Board members.
- Can dedicate time to Board meetings and Association initiatives.
- Want to help advance Alberta’s sign industry.
Nomination Process
The Executive Committee will review all completed nominations and confirm candidate eligibility.
- If the number of eligible nominees exceeds the number of available Board positions, an election will be conducted by the Voting Members.
- If the number of eligible nominees is equal to or fewer than the number of available Board positions, the eligible nominees will be elected by acclamation and no membership vote will be required.
